Ingredients
250 gr cooked chickpeas
1 large cooked beetroot
2 T Tahini paste
2 slightly roasted garlic cloves
2 T lemon juice
Juice of ½ an orange (optional)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
½ tsp chili powder
2 T olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
Optional: Black sesame seeds for decoration.
